Easy to use and understand

Excellent function. Automatic changeover (like a UPS ) when mains power fails and returns a la load-shedding.
Only negative is a noisy fan that never shuts down (or up). Will have to build a sound-moderating cabinet.
Admin: The fans should shut down once the batteries are fully charged, and the unit cools down. With higher levels of Eskom blackouts that we have, the unit never fully gets to cool down, before the power goes out again :-(

The little flap that holds the laptop in place needs to be higher to hold laptops down properly, unless your laptop is thin, which case it it perfect.

Fan is not adjustable, and it can be heard in a quiet room.
If you need to keep your laptop cool as it is prone to heating up, like game laptops, this one will do the job.
If you need to just work on word and excel, consider a coolermaster with an adjustable fan.

I was told it will last for 14 Hours. I just wanted to utilize it for Wi-Fi router & TV. Did not last 2 hours. it does not charge.

The sales team at the "who-where" shop were likely using Google fables, so they are not entirely to blame as Google promises 14 hours, which is ridiculous.
You will get 4 hours, and with all the extras, 2-3 hours on a 100Ah.
Tip: Set your TV to eco mode, and your WiFi power to the lowest acceptable setting to reduce power by 33%.
Here is the abbreviated theory
1) 12V x 100Ah = 1,200 Watt-hours
2) 80% efficiency = 960 Watt-hours
3) Battery discharge to 50% max = 480Watt-hours
4)TV @ 110 Watts in standard mode = 4.3 hours (480Watt-hours / 110Watts).
5) Fibre box (12W), Wifi router (20W), DSTV decoders (14W) will reduce time further to 2.8 hours, so switch off what you don't need
