   No windows CDs? Laptops and PCs no longer include Installation disks. Kindly follow the manufacturer's instruction on how to create your recovery media. The instructions are included with your system. They may also be found on the manufaturers website.
   
   No Office included? Full versions of Microsoft Office is not included with systems. A trial version may be installed on the device. A license needs to be purchased to continue using the full version of the Office software or service.

   Unless specified differently: The standard warranty is 1 year from invoice date, refurbished products have a 3 month warranty, open box products have a 6 month warranty. Software licenses & consumables (including paper, ink) has no warranty and cannot be returned.
   
   Physically damaged products (including lightning, surge, water, cracks) are not covered by a warranty. Household and all-risk insurance cover most of these occurrences. Please review your insurance policy to ensure that you get covered.
   
   If you purchased the product from another store, such as Incredible connection, Hi-Fi Corporation, Dion wired, kindly contact the store for support.

   Some useful info that might answer your question:

   • We are an online business, registered at CIPC since 2002.
   • We use email as our main communication method.
   • We do not have a physical shop, and therefore keep no stock.
   • Local suppliers will deliver your order directly to your address, usually within 1-3 days from payment.
   • Our admin office is located in Highveld, Centurion, South Africa.
   • Open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Closed weekends and public holidays.
   • Prices include VAT.
   • You may also pay prior to collection, and collect your order from our admin office in Centurion once the supplier has delivered to us. This is usually within 1~2 days.
