How to order

Add the products you require to your cart.
Select the computers, laptops, components, accessories or other technology products you would like to buy.

Complete your details and submit the cart.
Your cart is sent to us as a quotation request. Submitting a cart does not require immediate payment.

Receive an official quotation.
We email you a quotation confirming current pricing, applicable terms and conditions, our contact details, payment information and, where available, a secure credit card payment link.

Make payment.
Use one of the payment methods stated on your quotation, including EFT to our ABSA, Standard Bank or FNB bank account.

Use your quotation number as the payment reference.
The correct reference helps us identify and allocate your payment quickly.

Send proof of payment if needed.
You may email proof of payment to assist with processing. This is generally unnecessary when the correct reference has been used and the payment can be identified automatically.

We process your order once payment has cleared.
We then arrange delivery or collection according to stock availability and the agreed order details.
