Features

AX3000 WiFi 6 Performance for Demanding Networks
Powered by the latest WiFi 6 technology, the EAP650 D30 Outdoor delivers combined speeds of up to 2976 Mbps. Compared to previous WiFi standards, it provides higher throughput, lower latency, and better performance in high density environments.

Key performance highlights include:

• 2402 Mbps on 5 GHz and 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz
• 1024 QAM for 25 percent more data encoding per transmission
• Long OFDM symbol for improved efficiency
• HE160 support for higher peak data rates on a single stream

Whether supporting laptops, tablets, smartphones, wireless cameras, or smart speakers, this access point ensures fluid connectivity even during peak usage.

Optimized for High Density and Multi User Environments
With OFDMA and MU MIMO technology, the EAP650 D30 Outdoor improves multi user efficiency by allowing simultaneous communication with multiple devices. This makes it suitable for areas with heavy device traffic such as amphitheatres, swimming pools, outdoor dining spaces, and enterprise campuses.

It supports 250 or more concurrent clients, ensuring reliable connectivity across large open areas.

Extended Outdoor Coverage with Smart Antennas
Equipped with high gain directional antennas and integrated high power amplifiers, this outdoor WiFi 6 access point is engineered for long range coverage. Smart antenna technology automatically selects the optimal polarization and signal path for stable connectivity and reduced interference.

Typical maximum coverage distances under test conditions:

• 2.4 GHz: 200 meters or more
• 5 GHz: 300 meters or more

Actual coverage may vary depending on environmental factors and client devices.

Built for Harsh Weather Conditions
The IP67 rated enclosure ensures protection against dust ingress and water immersion. Designed for reliable outdoor performance, the unit withstands challenging environments including temperature extremes, moisture, and electrical surges.

Environmental durability includes:

• Fully dust tight construction
• Protection against water immersion up to 1 meter
• 6 kV lightning protection and 15 kV ESD protection
• Operating temperature range from minus 30 to 70 degrees C

This makes it suitable for warehouses, industrial yards, barns, and exposed outdoor installations.

Flexible Deployment with PoE and Mesh Support
Installation is streamlined thanks to multiple powering and networking options. The access point supports both 802.3at PoE and 48 V passive PoE using the included adapter, allowing power and data transmission over a single Ethernet cable.

Deployment options include:

• Connection to a PoE+ switch for simplified enterprise installation
• Passive PoE adapter for home or small business setups
• Omada Mesh technology for wireless uplink without additional cabling

Pole and wall mounting kits are included, providing versatile placement indoors or outdoors.

Seamless Roaming and Advanced Security
Seamless roaming support allows devices to switch automatically to the strongest access point when moving between coverage zones. This ensures uninterrupted streaming, voice calls, and data sessions.

Security and access control capabilities include:

• WPA3, WPA2, and WPA enterprise authentication
• Captive portal with SMS or voucher options
• 802.1X authentication
• Rogue AP detection
• VLAN and SSID mapping
• Wireless isolation and MAC filtering

Up to 16 SSIDs can be configured, with 8 per band, enabling secure segmentation for staff, guests, and IoT devices.

Centralized Cloud Management with Omada SDN
