Refund if no stock is available

We would like to assure all our customers that your money will be fully refunded if no stock is available and no satisfactory alternative can be offered. The exception is cheques - we only refund once the funds have been cleared by your bank (this may take up to ten working days).

We order and ship your goods as soon as we receive your payment (subject to stock availability) - there are no delays.

The Promotion of Information Act 2000 (PAIA) and the Electronic Communication Act 2002 - These laws offers the consumer certain legal rights and protection when dealing with ecommerce companies.

Southern Africa

Buying from us is as easy as .. .. ..

Once you have decided what to buy, email us for an official quote. Please include the code of the items as well as it's description, your delivery address (not postal address) and a telephone number where we may contact you.

We will send you the official quote with our terms, the latest correct price and our bank details on it. Your reference number is the quote number. Your quote is valid for the number of days indicated at the bottom of the quote. (* Please remember that the website prices are only references to prices that have been charged for the item before - all prices are subject to change without notice - this is based on our supplier's prices)

Pay into one of our bank accounts by internet, counter transfer, ATM transfer or direct cash payment and use your reference number on the payment advice.

Email us to tell us into which account you have paid into and once your funds have cleared, we will ship your goods.

Paying monthly

We do not offer credit or terms, however, you may apply for a loan at your bank or other financial institution. We will provide you with a pro-forma invoice to get your loan approved.

Other countries

Most countries require a pro-forma invoice before payment. We are happy to do this for you.

Payment is by T/T in advance and the procedure is easy. Please contact your local bank for advice on paying us once you have received your pro-forma invoice. Your payment is made to a secure bank account in South Africa where your funds can be safely received and held.

Please remember to include your full name, company name (if applicable), delivery address, and a land line (not a cellular / mobile phone) so that we may verify your details and send you a pro-forma invoice.

How payment works on collections by couriers that are not VAT registered in South Africa:
If we deliver to you using a South African VAT registered delivery service, and delivery is paid in South Africa, then the prices that you pay excludes VAT (currently at 14%)

If you collect the goods using your own courier service and you pay for the delivery in your own country, then VAT is charged. The VAT can be claimed back within 3 months of invoice.

You can only claim VAT if VAT has been paid by you and it is stated on your invoice as such. The South African Revenue Service will verify this with us before they refund you.

Credit cards

Kindly note that we do not accept credit cards.

Credit card gateways and banks charge 4-5% on the transaction, over and above their monthly fees and other charges. This will increase the cost of products to the consumer. Cash payers will continue to pay cash prices.

Did you know that your bank can do a direct transfer from your credit card into our account? This means that you still benefit from the 5% discount which covers your first few months of interest, and you can still pay your computer or laptop off monthly.

Cheques and drafts

Kindly note that we do not accept cheques or drafts. Cheque fraud is a serious problem in South Africa and we, as all other resellers, do not accept cheques for payment. If a payment has been made by cheque (even into our bank account), no delivery will be made until the cheque has cleared in our account, and this may take up to ten days.

Paying via other bank payment systems

We do not accept payment through third party payment systems including Standard Bank's easy-pay or Nedbank's iCanOnline.

The costs to use these systems are simply too high to offer real value and are more suited to ecommerce companies. An Internet or bank transfer is just as convenient and just as easy to do - plus is slashes your cost by 7% or more!

Kindly note that all orders are full payment in advance. No consignments. No trial periods. This catalogue is suited to the professional user and to customers who have made the correct enquiries with us before a decision was made, and the customer agrees that he/she has viewed or reviewed the product before making the purchase and that it is suited to their needs and requirements.
