Where do I find your telephone number?

We are an online business and use email as our main form of communication. We were one of the first ecommerce companies in South Africa, and our company has used this successful business model since 2002.

How long does delivery take / may I collect?

All products are normally shipped directly from the suppliers in Gauteng.

We do not keep stock at our premises. Delivery times to main city centres may take anywhere from next day (Gauteng city centres) to 5 work days (Cape Town, PE, East London). This is only a guideline, and some products may take longer - delivery delays may occur due to supplier or courier delays.

You may also pay (prior to collection) and collect your order from our premises. Our suppliers usually deliver to us the next business day, and it will be ready for collection by the afternoon on the following day. You may then collect from our premises in Centurion (Pretoria).

Delivery charges depends on how large the parcel is, how heavy it is, and where you are situated. Products are shipped from Centurion (Pretoria). Products that weigh less than 1Kg will be shipped "counter to counter" using Speed Services. You will need to collect these products at your closest post office.

What are your business hours?

We are open 8:30 am to 5:30 pm weekdays.
We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
We are also closed during the last week of the year.

I am uncomfortable buying online.
