PC and laptop products that do not come with on-site warranty, as well as all custom built computers and components, have at least a one year carry-in warranty, and needs to be returned to us in Pretoria (Tshwane) South Africa. Please enquire about getting on-site cover if you are not in Gauteng (Pretoria, Midrand or Johannesburg) as this is the best option.
